KARDAV MCP – Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of KARDAV MCP, an internal business application operated by KARDAV Sp. z o.o., Poland.

1. Purpose of the Application

KARDAV MCP is an internal business tool used by KARDAV Sp. z o.o. to manage its own business assets and customer interactions across Meta platforms.

The application may be used to:

  • manage Facebook Pages owned or operated by KARDAV,
  • manage Instagram Professional accounts owned or operated by KARDAV,
  • access and respond to customer messages,
  • access and manage comments,
  • manage posts and other social media content,
  • access account and content performance insights,
  • retrieve leads generated through KARDAV advertising campaigns,
  • support internal customer service and marketing operations.

KARDAV MCP is not offered as a public software service and is not intended to manage Meta assets belonging to unrelated third-party businesses.

2. Authorized Use

Access to KARDAV MCP is restricted to authorized persons acting on behalf of KARDAV Sp. z o.o.

Users must not use the application to:

  • access Meta accounts without authorization,
  • collect or use Platform Data for unrelated purposes,
  • sell or improperly disclose Platform Data,
  • violate Meta Platform Terms or applicable law.

3. Meta Platform Data

Data obtained through Meta APIs is used only for legitimate business purposes connected with KARDAV's own Facebook and Instagram accounts, customer service, marketing, analytics and related operations.

KARDAV processes Platform Data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and Meta Platform Terms.

4. Third-Party Services

KARDAV MCP may use third-party technology providers, including artificial intelligence and infrastructure providers, where necessary to operate the application.

Such providers process data only as necessary to provide their services to KARDAV.

5. Availability

KARDAV does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of KARDAV MCP. Functionality may depend on Meta APIs, external service providers and other technical systems.

6. Changes

KARDAV Sp. z o.o. may update these Terms when the application, applicable laws or Meta platform requirements change.
